She wanted to be kind.That was how she usually was. But, one had to draw the line somewhere. After all, one cannot be expected to pitch in for everyone. If she didn’t abandon them now, she’ll never be able to hold her head high again. Yes, you just have to do this, she forced herself and with herculean effort, dropped the third pair of killer black stilettos that she had picked up, wishing that they went on to find another fit pair of feet. Sigh.
